In order to protect our members and ensure the long term growth and success of Destination Dreaming, Destination Dreaming maintains a ZERO tolerance policy towards the sending of spam email. Spam email is defined as Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE). In the event that you send spam email to people without their permission, you risk immediate cancellation of your account and forfeiture of all contacts in that account. As a Destination Dreaming member, you understand that Destination Dreaming neither condones nor tolerates the sending of unsolicited or spam email by any of its members. You understand and acknowledge that:

It is ILLEGAL to forge headers on emails and it is ILLEGAL to neglect to include a valid functional unsubscribe link along with a valid mailing address in any emails sent out. Anyone caught forging headers or not including a valid functional unsubscribe link will be immediately and permanently terminated from Destination Dreaming.

Destination Dreaming also prohibits all members from including the name or website address .Destination Dreaming. in any emails they send out. Members are required to use a redirect link when directing prospects to their landing page. This helps ensure the long term stability of Destination Dreaming and anyone found abusing this policy will be terminated.

 If we receive a complaint we will immediately email the member responsible. We then ask the offending member to permanently remove the complainant from any database or any other mailing list you have placed them on.  If we receive a complaint from the same email address as a previous complaint regarding an email that was sent more than a week after the original complaint was filed, Destination Dreaming has the right to terminate your membership and you will forfeit all downline and earnings.

• You are solely responsible for mail sent on your behalf.
• Destination Dreaming will immediately terminate your membership and suspend all future commissions for violating these Spam Policies.
• Destination Dreaming reserves the right to take legal action against any member found violating this Spam Policy.
• You will not be eligible for a refund when you have violated the Destination Dreaming Spam Policy.
• Destination Dreaming has the final decision in all spam complaints.  All decisions are final.  Members may contact spam@destinationdreaming.com before cancellation of their account if they believe the complaint to be invalid, but this will not alter any decision made if the complaint is valid.
